What is deleted: your account profile, contact information (name, email, phone, mailing address), saved parcels and portfolios, push-notification device tokens, and stored preferences.

What is retained: records that we are legally required to keep, including completed property tax payment receipts, certificate purchase records, tax deed application records, and 1099 tax reporting records. These are part of the public tax-collection record under Florida law and cannot be deleted from the official tax roll. Where retained, the records remain associated with the parcel and transaction but are no longer linked to your active account profile.
